after an MRI because of paralysis I was given an all clear as the situation stabilized ... my final in clinic visit complaining about back pain he doubled down on the "all clear" .. after I bought my medical records there was an unknown area on the MRI that was a possibility of a lesion (these are known to possibly be cancer after lung cancer).. this was NEVER revealed to me even as a 4 time cancer victim ... appropriate action was taken when I revealed this to my ecologist .. very irresponsible
