What People Say About Dr. Joseph Jackson, MD

I have used Dr Jackson for many years. I went to several doctors before I was referred to his office. He is the only doctor that truly cared about me as a person and a patient. He cares about the quality of life of his patients. He also thoroughly explains any treatments and/or medications that are necessary. His office staff is very friendly. Any time I've called with questions Ms Betty has always promptly called me back with answers.

Doctor Jackson and Ms.Betty are great I love the staff and this doctor really cares about his patients well being he never over prescribes and goes above and beyond to be sure the needs and not wants are taken care of. Ms. Betty was so kind allow me back after 4 months of being in a crisis to help me get back and on my feet again. They may not answer the phones often or call u back, but these people care and I love that about them he is not in it for the money, but rather for the people.

Everyone seemed nice enough but whenever you go in to have Services done and they tell you to wait and you wait for 3 hours for them to tell you that they forgot to tell the doctor about you is very irritating especially when ever you have a full-time job and a family to provide for
