He has been my cardiologist for the past 4 years. I have found him to be very honest about my condition but also very compassionate today as he was 4 years when I saw him as an emergency patient. I understand that his practice is very busy but we have never had any with his staff, scheduling or having calls returned.

Horrible patient service by Dr. G. The staff are always friendly, and compassionate but the response time for the doctor is a week or more. He just keeps you waiting and waiting. My own family doctor called and left a message for him, but never responded for a week. **IDo Not Recommend him.**

WORST DOCTOR EVER! HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS! HE CAUSED ME TO LOSE MY INSURANCE AND BENEFITS TO TAKE CARE OF MY CHILDREN WHILE RECOVERING FROM OPEN HEART SURGERY!!! This doctor was assigned to handle my follow up care after I had my open heart surgery at Cleveland Clinic...I went in 3 weeks after surgery for 15 minutes & he said you feel ok? Ok see you next year...Really...I begged them for paperwork stating when I would be released to go back to work and they stated it would be up to

As an existing patient, good luck on getting any response. Office hours are 8 to 5 yet no one answers the phone. Call them and leave a message and you may hear back in a week or more.
