Dr. Enayati's Care Philosophy

Dr. Enayati and his team are dedicated to treating all sorts of chronic and acute pain and focus on getting to the root cause of the problem to provide long-term pain relief tailored to each patient's unique situation. Please note that Beverly Hills Advanced Pain & Spine is a low-narcotics practice that focuses on treating patients' pain with targeted interventions, such as injections and other minimally-invasive procedures. When he does prescribe narcotics it is for the lowest dose and shortest duration necessary to treat a patient's pain. We suggest that patients who are simply looking for narcotics find treatment elsewhere. Patients seeking solutions to help them to get off of narcotics are very welcome here.

Dr. Enayati is a truly excellent provider. After several office visits and an Amnion injection that worked wonders on my knee, I had my wife see him for her tennis elbow (which she has bugged her for years). He cured it right there in his office. I saw it with my own eyes. She is absolutely thriled. This gentleman is a real talent and we are lucky to have found him.

    Dr. Enayati says...

Dr. Enayati treats all types of pain conditions, from head to toe.  Some of the most common conditions for his patients include sports injuries, injuries from automobile accidents, joint pain, CRPS, fibromyalgia, pain from spine conditions and injuries (including facet pain and disc pain), and chronic pain.

Patients often visit Dr Enayati when other physicians have been unable to adequately treat their pain.  He is skilled at identifying rare and complex causes of pain and it is not unusual for him to surprise patients by putting a stop to years of pain with a single in-office injection.

    Dr. Enayati says...

Dr. Enayati is an interventional specialist.  Whenever possible, he prefers to use procedures to resolve the problems causing his patients' pain rather than simply prescribing medications to mask the pain.  Common procedures include PRP injections, stem cell treatments, ketamine infusions, joint injections, facet injections, spinal cord stimulator implants, radiofrequency ablation, and much more.
