Horrible Doctor Needs to Retire
These obviously are fake reviews - or people have no clue what a good Dr truly is. I went to him for Graves Disease never did he once check my neck to feel for nodules, nor my eyes, nor my knees. He's a wolf in sheep clothing, thought he was nice, but he is so old school he does paper documentation and beats to his own drum. Sadly he doesn't believe in preventative testing, just loves to write prescriptions that's his specialty!!! I have to say he is the worst of the worst of Doctors I feel bad for the ones that think he is good, As a healthcare provider be very very careful with this Dr.

A kind and thoughtful doctor
Dr. Birnbaum is kind and thoughtful. He took the time to show me a model of thyroid and talk about my lab results. Office staff was professional, helpful and polite.

Yes I will return. My pharmacy calls the Dr for refills, never any issues! I think I've been going there since the late 90's. Wonderful doctor, the staff does their job & after 19 years in health insurance I know how to get around an employee having a bad day.

I have been a patient of dr birnbaum for years and think he’s a wonderful dr up until I had to reschedual an appointment with his reseptionist. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my life.the reseptionist got upset after a couple of times trying to find a day and time that worked for me. She hung up on me and when I called back she put me On hold and left me there so I called back on another phone and got right through! So I told her I would not be returning ever again

I have been a patient of Dr. Birnbaum's for more than 3 years. Personally I think him to be an excellent doctor and a sweet man. However over the past few years the staff working at his office have been very rude and have shown themselves to be incompetent. Each time I have called the office to request a refill for my prescriptions I am treated very nastily by his staff and am talked down to. It has gotten to the point where I can't get my prescriptions straightened out anymore! Never again!

I have been going to Dr. Birnbaum for over ten years now. He is a doll--very attentive to you and your medical diagnosis, to you and your questions and to your prognosis. He tells you the truth; he reads your blood tests to you, not just the part that concerns your Thyroid and Metabolism, but the ENTIRE lab work. He is NOT a doctor that writes prescriptions and shoves you out the door. He cares about his patients. I recommend him without any hesitation.
