He helped establish the "Fight for S.I.G.H.T." program, providing free comprehensive ophthalmic eye exams to the underserved population of Charleston, SC. Dr. Biber has published research papers in leading ophthalmology journals and has presented at several national and international meetings. He has authored several book chapters describing the medical and surgical management of cataracts and corneal diseases."
