I just called the office to make an appointment for my daughter the receptionist was rude talked over me and basically said he doesn't work through St. Mary's so he wouldn't take her and hung up on me. She is a patient or should I say was.... They need to hire more capable people that work well...more

Horrible wait time. Everyone is scheduled the same time. The staff are a joke. They go against the doctors orders and do what they feel is right and ignore what the doctor says. Had to show up numerous times to talk to the doctor because they didn't do what he asked them. If I ever need surgery...more

Waited over an hour from the time of appt. No organization by staff. Place was full of patients, making spots all at same time. Felt like I was at a free clinic or welfare office

You are part of a herd in the waiting room...every one has the same apt time. If you have a wheelchair or walker it is impossible to get into the bathroom- you have to get out of them to enter.
