Dr. Allen has a great bedside manner, he's extremely thorough, and clearly explained/showed everything on the x-rays. The tech/nurse (whose name I didn't get) was amazing with my daughter. He was gentle when assembling her cast, even redoing it when he didn't feel it was right. He made sure it was perfect and comfortable (as comfortable as a cast can be!)

I am highly impressed with Dr Allen’s care, his bedside manner, his expertise, his knowledge base. I am grateful to be under his care. He offers options to his care plan and includes me in decision making for my care and treatment plan ! I am so happy to have a surgeon and physician of his caliber . Dr Allen is truly vested in his patients . I have witnessed him in a professional level for quite some time . I worked as a Case Manager along side him at Houston Physicians Hospital several years ago and had the pleasure of watching him render care to his patients who appreciated him as their Health care provider. I have recommended him to family members, other health care workers and friends. They have all voiced confidence in him and thanked me for the referral. I cannot voice enough accolades for this great Surgeon, orthopedic physician and gentle giant! I have had 2 successful surgeries performed by him. I would not put my ongoing orthopedic issues with anyone else.

I was having shoulder and knee issues. I got in to see the doctor the day I called. I got there signed in and was taken back for X-rays and put in a room. About 10 minutes later the doctor came in and he had already seen the X-ray. We discussed my issues and implemented a plan. Very impressed with this facility and it’s doctors, nurses, and staff.

Dr Allen is great, explains things well, fairly easy to make appointment, office staff on other hand do not seem well versed on patient portal, obtaining medical records to send to other providers

My 82 years old mother's leg was injured as a result of neglect in The Pointe Nursing Home, Webster, TX requiring surgery by Dr. Allen. I took her for her follow up visit 2 weeks later to have the stitches removed. Dr. Allen's last words to me were to bring her back if there were any problems. She now has a very infected leg. Her primary doctor advised that she be taken to Dr. Allen. I called Dr. Allen's office for a follow-up visit and his assistant "Jermaine" REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN APPT.

Understood that I have had previous injuries and listened to my concerns. Was very blunt about options and I was involved in my treatment plan. I am VERY happy that he listens and understands that Cookie cutter treatments options are not for everyone!!!

Dr. Allen will take the time to explain his plan of action in which I find now and days few doctors will hesitate to even do. He preformed my knee surgery back in 2014 with no complications.
