Not good. Dr. Was abrupt, told me my problem was I was too fat very rude in his approach to my problem no doctor should speak to a prerspective patient needing medical help I spent my $50 for nothing and felt degraded in my visit with the doctor

He was ok but staff not so much. They charged me $95 more than co-pay. Beware. Refunded after Aetna paid as usual. Charged $25 same day cancel after letting them know waiting on Covid test. You really want me to come in? Changed doctors and no issues.

If I could leave a zero I would. After being tested twice a week apart it was confirmed I had infections by two opportunistic rare bacteria, one in particular that is very deadly especially in people with immune problems such as myself. My son and I went to his office seeking treatment after hearing good reviews. I brought the results with me. I was very pale and my whole body was shaking because of the infection. I gave him the test results. He dismissed me right away and told me the infections that I have are too rare and that nothing was wrong with me. I tried to talk with him and asked him to please help me. He was rude and condescending and said he would not help or give me the antibiotics I need, then walked out. I am still ill and have been put on levaquin for 10 months now by another dr who doesnt know how to help and it's making me worse and causing many problems and I'm fighting for my life. If he would have helped I would have been better in two weeks

My initial meeting with Dr Vindas-Cordero occurred while I was an in-patient. His bedside manner was warm, friendly and understanding. Upon my release, and as a consequence of ongoing treatment, I had numerous office visits. He always treated me with respect, and took into consideration my opinions when optional treatments and/or modalities were available. His office staff is helpful, considerate and responsive. There was never a time when I waited more than 10 minutes to see him. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of an infectious disease physician.

I'm overwhelmed with gratitude and improved health and wellness thanks to a Compassionate and gracious Physician that goes beyond a patient's expectations to get to the source of the problem. Finally, I can breathe deeply, with ease. My symptoms of asthma has decreased more than 95% Years of questions to numerous Doctors, and Dr Vindez-Cordero had all of the answers. His bedside manner is humbling. Thanks so much for restoring my confidence in Doctors. Respectfully submitted Deborah P Sanders

Dr. Cordero treated me very rudely on my second visit. I waited for over an hour to be seen. When he did see me, be rushed me and cut me off from speaking. He refused to listen to my concern about the symptoms I was having from my medication. Prior to my appt, I called his office twice about the medicine prescribed and how it made me sick. I was told to take over the counter med for relief. To make matters worse, he walked out the door in anger (violating my privacy act) when I was talking.

Very unprofessional doctor. Has been very rude to me and made rude comments to me on several occasions. Tries to act like he's nice, but then acts rude again for no reason. Also treated a family member of mine who goes to see him the same way. Does not explain my medical conditions or procedures good and won't answer my questions about them. I would definitely not recommend.

Worst doctor ever! Because I was late for an appointment -- after having left another doctor appointment that ran late -- Dr. Vindas-Cordero left me waiting for two hours and when he finally came in, scolded me for being late and then launched into a tirade of insults until I left. This man should not be practicing medicine, at least not on living humans. I am a cancer patient with a history of staph/MRSA which the doctor refused to treat. I could die if this thing gets out of hand.
