If I could give 5000 stars, I would!!! Dr Nieto is a caring doctor and wonderful endoscopist. I was diagnosed with a condition called Gastroparesis over a year ago and had nausea, bloating and fullness all the time. After doing thorough research, I decided to go to Dr Nieto for the GPOEM procedure and I am so glad I did. My procedure went very smoothly, and it took less than 30 minutes. In just a few weeks after the procedure, I am able to eat like I used to and my nausea has almost resolved. His staff was very helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, procedure, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Dr Nieto at Borland Grover and would highly recommend to anyone.

I've have had two procedures with Dr Nieto. First off, his staff is friendly and very helpful. They have great attitudes and exude professionalism. Dr Nieto takes the time to explain the procedure and he has a calming effect that will put you at ease. He knows his stuff, no doubt. He is also in high demand and there is a waiting list to see him. That should tell you all you need to know.

Over the previous year I had experienced difficulty and discomfort while trying to eat. My syptoms had gradually worsened to the point that even drinking water had become a chore and I often had regurgitation, especially when trying to sleep. I originally thought that I was beginning to develop acid reflux, but was diagnosed with Achalasia. Dr. Nieto performed a POEM procedure, which has completely restored my ability to eat any food and restored my quality of life. In just 7 weeks following the procedure I have already regained nearly half of the twenty pounds that I had lost. I highly reccomend Dr. Nieto and this revolutionary POEM procedure.

My daughter had Achalasia for a year and was then diagnosed with Guillain Barre. Dr Nieto performed a Myolotomy as my daughter's Esophagus had become completely closed due to her Auto Immune diseases mentioned before. Dr Nieto answered questions I had regarding the surgery and called after to see how my daughter's survey recovery was going.

After an extremely bad experience with another Dr. I have now had 2 endoscopies done with Dr. Nieto. Not only does he and his staff explain all aspects of what to expect, he is there when you wake up to explain everything in detail, answer any questions, and makes sure you have a clear understanding of not only what was done, but what to expect as well. I was very fortunate to find Dr Nieto, and am happy to share that experience with anyone else searching for the best!!

Dr. Nieto comes highly recommended in my experience. I am a very complex case with many diseases including two very rare diseases. He diagnose a stricture at previous ilieum resection, got me to an excellent surgeon. He diagnosed and treats other ongoing stomach problems. He listens, answers your questions and cares about his patients. He takes the time to go over your care before any procedure. So thankful to have him as my GI doctor. Thank You Dr. Nieto!

One of the most talented physicians. He performed the POEM procedure to fix my husband’s achlasia. Trying to spread the word - this is such an efficient way to treat such a difficult problem. Please check with Dr. Nieto if you suffer from achlasia
