I have been treated by Dr. Martel for several years. He takes interest in me as a person. He clearly explains my condition and treatment choices. His monitoring is thorough. He guides me into the right decision at the appropriate time. I am satisfied with his treatment and results. I am amazed at the one negative comment. Dr. Martel is part of a large, very busy practice with many doctors. He divides his time between several locations. Perhaps that explains the miscommunication experienced by the other reviewer. I have never experienced anything like that. I highly recommend Dr. Martel.

NIGHTMARE experience. It took 3 weeks & 4 phone calls to have them send the monitor that he prescribed. After repeated phone calls to find out my results, not one was responded. My other cardiologist called him a handful of times& not one response. He even went as far to contact a partner of his,NOTHING. I left messages with his assistant Jenny. Nothing. After Four months of not having received any call backs, I receive a bill (marked overdue) FOR SERVICE NEVER RECEIVED. BE AWARE.
