TL;DR The doctors are very kind and attentive. The patients seem to be very...impatient. The wait was long as a new patient, but I was well warned ahead of time. The wait was worth it!! I found the staff to be helpful and kind, especially when you are kind back to them (surprise!!) They see many people, and the ones who berated the staff were the ones to recieve slower responses. I can't imagine why anyone would treat another person in such a rude manner just because "they're staff." I saw many people treating the staff like personal servants that could be verbally abused... The environment for the most part was comforting. The chairs are very comfy too!

My psychiatrist for many years. He saved my psychological health after experiencing head trauma with secondary Major Depression & Panic Disorder. I travel across the Rio Grande Valley for my follow up appts. because he is that excellent a psychiatrist. Easy to speak to, communicates well with you, and genuinely cares about your ongoing mental status.

Takes no time to speak with patients. Seems like his sole purpose is to keep the beds filled for DHR. Dr Igoa and the hospital program need to be investigated for criminal activity. This man has no concern for patients well being and is nothing but a drug dealer. Expect to see “Dr” Igoa in the news for the many lawsuits pending and more to come as well as a thourough report submitted to appropriate state and federal agencies. Wait time at office over 4 hours... seems like he is well fed DHR.

Somebody has the phone unhooked for about an hour and a half now. This has to stop now! I don't know why the receptionist doesn't answer the phone herself I mean why is she even there? She doesn't do anything let alone stress on the job like a normal person does.

Answer This Dr seems completely incompetent he has tried to force 2 unnecessary med changes in my daughter. He also REFUSES to talk to the parents & has the nurses call you after 6pm when there is no way to reach him. Do NOT send your kids to Renaissance with him!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Igoa for about just over 7 years. He is a very knowledgeable doctor who treats his patients with respect. Most patients do not realize that you have to build up a relationship with him and his staff (PA's) mainly. Once you have established one of good report, just like in any other relationship, he will be better suited with trusting you so your treatment will be a bit more personal. Patients need to remember to communicate honestly with him and treatment will be effective
