Dr.Ramirez is by far one of the most knowledgeable Nephrologists I have ever seen. My daughter was seen by quite a few Nephrologist's for FSGS and never seemed to show any improvement in her condition. Medications were always inconsistent as were her treatments, after seeing Dr. Ramirez she has been on an upswing marked improvement in her labs and overall health. I cannot say enough about how well he cared for her. He went above and beyond in his care for my child. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Ramirez is an excellent doctor and full of knowledge. Unfortunately the person who rated him negatively needs to realize that he is kidney doctor not a cardiologists. I am sorry for your loss but it has been several years that your daughter passed away and it's time to seek therapy since you are still holding on to it. Holding a kidney physician responsible for the death of your child heart condition is cruel and ridiculous. Dr. Ramirez goes above and beyond for his patients and I trust him.

Dr Ramirez never bothered to tell me my daughter had a bad heart, treatment was only on her kidneys. In turn another doctor gave her a med that she should not have taken because of her heart and it stopped causing anoxic brain injury at 16 1/2 and she passed at 18. Bet you enjoy your kids Dr R.... it has been 10 years and today she would have been 29 hope you sleep well at night
