Lewisville, TX |
The doctor himself is very knowledgeable but they push people through the office like a fast food restaurant. Staff is very pushy and the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Even the doctor gets rude if you aren't responding to his requests when he has you in the chair fast enough. He is a good doctor, but the staff seems more concerned with hurrying you through so they can sit and gab. I would not recommend him because of his staff.

He was an arrogant jerk, kept interrupting me when I tried to ask questions, and had no concern for what I came in to see him about.

Best eye Dr I have ever been to in my 62 years.

Dr Lee dose not spend any time with me or explaine my condition. He seems to talk down to me and assumes I would not understand. He told me only when ask what the pressue numbers were and he stated of lets say 14.. I will not go back for my next appointment. Looking for an other Dr.
in Irving, TX |
Dr. Lee correctly diagnosed me with a condition related to a chronic illness I deal with. I was beyond shocked as I had no idea this was possible (and had spent the previous week taking medication based on another doctor's misdiagnosis). He fit me in on a Saturday - not his normal hours - after a call from the ER. He was friendly and attentive and continually reassuring. I've experienced this same compassion with each follow-up visit.

I sent my mother to see Dr. Lee and he saved her eyesight! i have seen him for years and i cant say enough good things about Dr.Lee or his Staff!!!!!!

Very bad experience took my daughter for check up with Dr. Marvin and I had to take all my kids with me 3 girls and I stayed because Dr. Marvin is worth to wait but can't say the same for that Dr. A degree and some title don't make you respectful or teach you good manners a gentleman would never do what he did.
