i highly recommend doctor somers to anyone having symptoms of heart problems. He is a professional cardio thorasic surgeon with high knowledge of education . Being said he was the one who perform my Mitral valve repair at Lutheran General in park ridge on June 28 of 2013. I should say He save me at early stage of my heart problem at the age of 51. I did'nt really have much time to see him and talk about prevention of how to protect my heart for my future life. He actually explain everything for the first time the whole scenario about the heart desease, and the reasons why ? do i have need a surgery sooner than later. I'd rather trust him than my heart activity is not performing very well as the cardiology found out I have abnormal heart rhythm & regurgitation. and i went all the testing and necessary examination before the surgery. So everything is layout in accordance to the procedure. And I'm glad that doctor Somers guide me through all of this preparation specially my own self.
