Second to none!
Dr Sherwyn is an extremely competent and empathetic specialist who takes the time to answer all questions. His caring, conservative approach and attention to detail are second to none. My Initial consultation with Dr. Sherwyn went very well he spent time explaining all aspects of the procedure and answering any questions or concerns that I had. He was very patient with me and his pleasant demeanor and attentiveness to detail made me feel comfortable to go ahead with the procedure. The entire process from start to end (including consult, prep, surgical day and post-op care), was exceptional. Dr. Sherwyn and his team – including the nurse, anesthesiologist and front desk staff all made the experience pleasant for me. my results were exceptional, and the incision site is perfect I feel extremely blessed to have chosen Dr. Sherwyn for my procedure and I am ecstatic with my result and the way i look now. I would recommend Dr. Sherwyn to anyone.

Look No Further
I did a lot of research before my surgery (upper, lower eyelids and laser resurfacing) searching and interviewing doctors. I wanted to feel comfortable, after all I was dealing with my face. Dr. Sherwyn was so incredibly patient—explaining how and why different methods work, did not rush me and made me feel like he was completely focused on me. His staff (Carley and Samantha) was also wonderful. It was as if everyone took a class called How To Treat The Customer Right. Dr. Sherwyn is exacting, about his own work and about pre and post op details... he asks that you follow his instruction meticulously. I did and it worked! I am nine days now post op and I know I look refreshed. My "after" eyes are less tired looking and have fewer wrinkles. But most importantly, I previously had very hooded eyelids and now I have eyelids! I can't wait to learn how to put on eyeshadow! I am grateful I found Dr. Sherwyn and wholeheartedly recommend him.

His pleasant demeanor, attentiveness to detail and years of experience are just some of the important factors that made me feel comfortable and confident enough to trust him with my body. The entire journey from beginning to end (including consult, prep, surgical day and post-op care), was exceptional. Dr. Sherwyn and his team – including the nurse, anesthesiologist and front desk staff are all team players that work together to provide a safe and smooth experience. Everyone should be so lucky as to have Dr.Sherwyn as their plastic surgeon. He is excellent. He is beyond thorough, from the consultation to his continuous post op care. Dr. Sherwyn is a perfectionist, he is meticulous about his work and it shows in his results. He cares very much about his patients, and is very kind. He is always accessible by email or phone, and will answer countless questions. His entire team is outstanding, nurse Toni, the office staff and his anesthesiologists do their outmost to make you feel comfortable. An all around A+ experience.

At my initial consultation, he was very attentive listening to what my concerns were. He never rushed me and took great care to ensure I fully understood his responses as he explained what options I had. He is extremely meticulous in every detailof his profession. His care in explaining and taking my feelings into account ashe provided his input showed me how much he truly cares about his patients. He provided me his personal email and called me with answers to my questions insteadof just responding via email, so I would fully understand what he was saying. His surgical skill is exceptional. He is a gifted and talented surgeon. My recovery was easy and I did not have one bruise on my face - throughout my whole recovery! And I love my results, I am a natural, refreshed version of me. I highly recommend Dr. Sherwyn and his staff to anyone looking for a highly skilled doctor with exceptional technical capability and devoted to his patients and his profession.

I am 8 weeks out from a very extensive surgery with Dr. Sherwyn, and I am in awe! The results are everything Dr. Sherwyn said they would be. From the first time I met him at our consultation, I knew he was my surgeon. He was so thorough in going over every tiny detail of the surgery and walking me through exactly what he would do and how, including the types of sutures he would use. And I had never met a doctor who was just as excited as I was at what the results would look like! As for the surgery itself, I was shocked to find that I was in no pain! I couldn't believe it. Uncomfortable of course, but never any pain. That alone is a testament to his skill. To say he is a master of his craft would be an understatement. My recovery was uneventful and my incisions are meticulous and healing beautifully. He also has an incredible team working with him… they have answered many of my calls and emails to help with even the silliest of questions (without ever making me feel that way).

After researching exhaustively and consulting with different doctors, Dr. Sherwyn really blew me away. During my consult he spent more than an hour explaining everything to me. He showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the result would look like. He patiently and happily answered all of my questions. It was clear very quickly what a perfectionist he is. He is exactly the type of surgeon I wanted, one that cared about what I wanted not one that was just going do what they wanted to do. I knew I was in good hands every step of the way and most importantly completely trusted him. My results were spectacular and I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me both physically and emotionally. He also has a wonderful staff who are so kind and caring. Just a joy to deal with all the time and great experience from start to finish.

There aren’t enough stars in the galaxy for me to rate Dr. Sherwyn and his staff. Dr. Sherwyn is a perfectionist and a true artist who partners with his patients to achieve the very best result. I have had three procedures with him, and each time the results far exceeded my expectations. The latest, a lower facelift has given me a completely natural, younger and more refreshed appearance. My sisters, each of whom is also a patient, could not believe how quickly and easily I recovered—another testament to his amazing skills. Dr. Sherwyn’s staff is extremely professional and friendly. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Sherwyn! From a very thorough consultation, to answering my numerous questions before, during and after the surgery I was always in capable and caring hands. Dr. Sherwyn is a master of his craft and a perfectionist, he is also very kind and caring. He always replied to my emails and calls and helped me deal with my pre-procedure anxiety. Dr. Sherwyn is a perfectionist! He took so much time pre-op to make sure that I understood his preferred techniques and that he understood the result I was seeking. He took so many measurements (and re-measurements) to make sure that our plan aligned with my body. I went into my breast augmentation completely trusting him to choose the right implant size for me. I was also borderline for needing a lift and was so happy to wake up to hear that the lift wasn't necessary. Dr. Sherwyn made the choice that was right for my body, and my desired outcome, without factoring in a heftier price tag of an added procedure. Not many surgeons would do that. Four months post-op and it's easy to see why so many people trust him for a natural looking result. I couldn't be happier.

Everything Dr Jonathan Hilton Sherwyn told me about my upper eye lid procedure proved to be true. From my "peaceful" recovery period to my beautifully healed results. The best plastic surgeon in New York. I have had surgeries with Dr. Sherwyn and so has my husband. Before we both knew Dr. Sherwyn my husband had an extremely bad experience with another doctor. Dr. Sherwyn had to redo my husbands lower facelift and neck lift. He eliminated the very bad scarring in front and back of his ears and made him look years younger. He is a perfectionist that produces fabulous results.
