This was the worst Dr I have ever seen. My dad had two eye surgeries done that dr sears said would improve his vision, he was confident that my dad woukd be able to see. Instead the surgeries caused scar damage leaving my dad blind. I tried calling to get help but the staff did nothing and was more...more
