I had major back surgery four years ago and I would do it again in a heart beat. Nuts, bolts, screws... The whole works and I was able to run a half marathon 16 mo after and since then I ran one full and two more half's... I would highly recommend dr. Pond. I can stand, run and do anything I want. I also was in the gym dead lifting 230 pounds a year later... I live a full and useful life today because the help I received from Dr pond and his team!!!

Dr Pond operated on my L5S1 severly degenerated disc in 2010. The surgery went well and I had a anterior fusion done from both front and back. This was not what I would recommend for anyone who has had 3 c-sections. I wound up back in the hospital after I went home with damage to my bowels. After the long recovery I was finally up and moving in April with still some weakness in my left leg. Which Dr Pond dismissed. I have been in chiropractic care ever since with worsening DDD.
