Patient Reviews (5)
in NY area |
Very thorough. Confirms details. Friendly, professional. For my treatment needs (thyroid) was outstanding practitioner. Asks good questions and communicates very clearly. Overall excellent, I would recommend a friend/family member to Dr. Hugo without reservation.
Jersey City, NJ |
Dr.Hugo is very knowledgeable and very efficient. Not in a rushed sort of way, but very informative and clear in explaining and very thorough, thus had only 1 or two questions as he managed to cover all my concerns before I even asked. I also truly appreciated the timeliness & not wasting hours in the waiting room. I waited all of 2-5 minutes before they called me in. I would highly recommend Dr.Hugo.
in New York, NY |
He was very patient and very caring. Not slick at all as one ridiculous person wrote in one review. He explained my condition very thoroughly, and I walked out knowing all my options.
New York, NY |
He felt sort of slick. Trying to make me come back for more visits than necessary (more fees) even when other doctors told me it was unnecessary. Trying to talk you up to name-brand drugs, instead of generic. Just didn't trust him. Also terrible customer service. Called the office maybe ten times over three weeks before I could get an answer. Never experienced anything like it and a total waste of time.
in Brooklyn , New York |
He was very caring and understanding . Easy to talk to and gave me as much time as I needed . He followed up quickly .
