Had surgery on 7/17/17 to repair a previous surgery performed by another Dr, felt like a new woman afterwards. I would recommend not just Dr. Fontenot but his Nurse Practioneer Brianna Hart as well. Both have excellent bedside manner, took care of me as if I was family not just a patient.
Longview, TX |
I was recommended to Dr. Fontenot through my mother who had surgery done by Dr. Fontenot the previous year. I had severe neck pain for 12 years. I met with multiple Drs with no real answers or solutions. Dr Fontenot recommend we try surgery. I had a disc replaced in my neck and was pain free just 4 DAYS AFTER SURGERY! I felt like a new person being pain free like I was in my younger years. I can't praise him enough for all he has done for me and my family!

Dr. Fontenot did surgery on my back. I had received a pars fracture through sports in HS. I had gotten to the point to where my back pain was interfering with my day to day life. I feel 100x better now that I've had the surgery. He addressed all the questins I had and was every helpful thought the Process. I would highly recommend him to family and friends for his caring nature and amazing talent in the OR!

Dr. Fontenot is very thorough, thoughtful, and skilled. He goes the extra mile to make certain patients are cared for not only during visits and preop, but also offers excellent post op care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking orthopedic help

We had what he considered an emergency back surgery and we went in one day and had surgery the next morning. Completely wet around the LONG wait for insurance. This was a blessing as the spinal column was so badly out of line, had we waited much longer, it would have created paralysis . we will always be indebted to him.
Refused to address a severe back issue. Went pain management, received injections, a neurotomy which all could have been averted if Fontenot addressed the issue to begin with.Injections and neurotomy from Precision Spine Care left me in critical medical condition. Fontenot finally agreed to surgery he could, should have done at start. Said he would visit in the hospital, did not. Said he would follow up with MRI. Negative results found. He never called to follow up.Capable but lacks confidence.

Had neck surgery and five days later it was like I never had surgery. Very good bedside manners. Cares for his patients and listened to what was going on with my body pains then made a decision what was best for me and what was needed to take care of my pain in my neck arms and the headaches.
