Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Dunn "Dr. Dunn considers himself to be very conservative in his approach to orthopaedic and sports medicine conditions. Using multiple modalities such as physical therapy and injections, many conditions are treated non-surgically. When surgery is necessary, Dr. Dunn's training affords his patients to be treated with the newest technology and techniques including arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Dunn has treated recreational, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes."

in Parkville |
ive been to see this dr multiple times now and waited 1.5 hrs for each 9am appointment (which is the first of the day mind you). NEITHER appointment has resulted in meeting this man. I have a torn meniscus and I am paying to walk by him sitting at his desk, never so much as a hello, to go and be treated by his PA who doesnt even read my chart and acts like this is my first visit every damn time. im going to medstar. this guy is has no empathy or responsibility to his patients.
I appreciate your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for your experience. I know that your time is valuable. In an orthopedic surgeon's office, unexpected delays can occur. I hope that we can win your favor again, as your experience is not at all indicative of our patient care standards.

I spent an eternity ( 1.5 hours) in his office today. I had to leave to get back to work without seeing him. It sounds like appointments works only one way.
Your feedback is very much appreciated. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for keeping you waiting. Unexpected situations can occur in an orthopedic surgeon's office that may cause delays. I hope that we may be able to win your favor again, as your experience is not at all indicative of our patient care standards.
