Dr. Danoff is a widely published physician-scientist, who is a dedicated educator and clinician. He has a passion for orthopedic research having published over 50 scientific articles, book chapters, editorials, and surgical instructional videos on a range of orthopedic topics and he has edited a textbook on the diagnosis and management of periprosthetic joint infections. Dr. Danoff has been an invited presenter on a variety of topics in orthopedic surgery at local, national, and international orthopedic meetings. He has earned multiple accolades for his academic accomplishments including being honored with the Frank E. Stinchfield, M.D. Award for Excellence in Orthopedic Surgery for his research contributions. Dr. Danoff is also an innovator and holds a US patent for a novel orthopedic hip implant. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS).
