I was told to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. I showed up at 1:20pm 40 minutes before my appointment and filled out the paper work. I then waited and watched four people some of which were also new patients but they had arrived after me get callled back. I finally got called back at 2:25 1 hour and 5 minutes after my arrival. Office staff very rude and we're talking bad about other patients in front of me. Not a good first impression at all.

I love Dr Peet and Dr Laura but after dealing with the office staff, I'm changing Dr's. I arrived today and was sent to another office at the end of the hall, then they wanted to send me back only to find out that the appt I scheduled for today wasn't until next week. I wasn't notified when my papsmear came back abnormal until my following appt. Seems that they are more worried about sculpting butts and putting pellets in them than actual healthcare. Stop advertising under gynecology.
