    Amount or Range: Above Average
Nature of Complaint: PRACTITIONER COMMENTS: Throughout this litigation, I had strong support from two expert witness neurosurgeons, who would have explained to a jury that post-operative radiculopathy, weakness and atrophy that happened to the plaintiff, while extremely unfortunate, were not due to any negligence on my part. Settlement was made short of trial as a business decision, to avoid the uncertainty associated with a jury trial in

He spent very little time with me, did not make eye contact and cut me off after I asked 2 questions. On the day of surgery told me I would be sent home with instructions on my procedure--not. Also was intubated during surgery and not told in advance.
