Dr. John Wright is an experienced orthopedic surgeon. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut Medical School after graduating from Princeton University, where he majored in molecular biology and was the varsity lacrosse team captain. Dr. Wright completed a surgical internship at the University of Hawaii, an orthopaedic surgery residency at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City and a total joint arthroplasty fellowship at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery, holds a patent for a tissue repair system and has written several orthopaedic textbooks, manuals and scholarly papers. In his spare time, Dr. Wright enjoys coaching youth lacrosse.
