ON OXYGEN WITH A 3 FOOT TANK AND EVEN THEN AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 2 HRS/ MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET A 2ND 3 FOOT TANK OUT OF THE TRUNK!!!--HE DID NOT CARE...I WAS A NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLAR AND WAS ACCEPTED TO BETTER SCHOOLS THAN HIM... He has always made me feel comfortable and safe with my eyes. He did my cataract surgery with complete expertise and confidence. I have recommended Dr. Winkler to many people and they are now seeing him for their eye care. Dr. Wiinkler is also doing cataract surgery on my husband at this time. ...more
