I was referred to Dr. Williams by my Primary Care Dr. who thought I had a torn meniscus. Since I forgot to bring the disk which showed nothing wrong with my knee Dr Williams office sent me to the imaging place downstairs. Dr. Williams said I had a torn ligament that if it did not heal would require surgery. When I got back to my primary care he said Dr Williams report said I needed a partial knee replacement. So I figured I needed one even though my knee was doing better as long as I wore a knee brace. Long Story short after several legitimate delays on my part, I scheduled the surgery. It was on April 16rh, 2019. When I asked Dr Williams if I would need to stay over night prior to the surgery he said “You will walk right out on the same day”. So I thought, piece of cake! Well today is June 8th, 2019 and my knee still hurts A LOT. I’ve been through a lot of physical therapy and most go through more. I began reading up on the recovery time for a partial or whole replacement. It takes

Had an appointment for 11 am the 19th. Waited 2 hours to see the doctor, who was friendly. Gave me a prescription, but failed to write the quantity. Pharmacy could not fill the prescription without this info. The pharmacy's repeated resquests for a return call were unanswered. Was told today that the Doctor would ensure the info was sent to the pharmacy tomorrow, the 24th. 5 days later! Funny that I had to pay BEFORE I saw the doctor. Now I know why. My opinion-this is unacceptable!

My Health plan called to make an appointment for me and the lady said yes hold please. After waiting 15min, they hung up on us. Called two more times and each time they picked up the phone and then hung up on us. I would say that is very bad. So ease of scheduling urgent appointment is not the truth. I would not hire those people to work for my office.
