in Osprey, FL |
I went to my appointment, but it was cancelled without my being notified. I was rescheduled for a 2:00 apt. After 45 minutes, the receptionist, who never looked up at me, said that I was "next". After more than an hour and a half, during which six women were taken in for their appointments, I asked the receptionist when I would be seen. She said that I was next, and turned her back to me. I reminded her that she had said that more than 30 minutes before. I left, feeling she was very rude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sullivan's for almost 20 years. He has treated me through pregnancy, childbirth and in all of the years following. He and his staff have always been responsive, helpful, and take my concerns seriously even when I felt like i was overreacting. Everyone is friendly and welcoming when I come in, and my phone calls have always been returned quickly. I would recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone!
