Patient Comments (10)
Zephyrhills, FL |
The inefficiency and total disregard for the patient and their time is a direct reflection on the provider. The inability or lack of willingness to understand and address this issue is a further poor reflection. I do not and would not recommend this provider to anyone!
Jacksonville, FL |
Wait times are ridiculous! I waited nearly 4 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. It's disrespectful and rude to have a complete disregard for people's time.
in St Augustine, FL |
Dr. Sullivan is as compassionate as he is competent! He is in all ways, fantastic!
Jacksonville, FL |
Terrible office wait.. always 3+ hours.. good doctor.. terrible practice
in Jacksonville, FL |
Dr Sullivan is caring and takes the time to explain and answer questions. For a surgeon to recommend against surgery to wait because it may become better without surgery tells me he cares & not in this field just for money. Actually, all of the staff is very kind from the check-in, to the technical staff, and the billing. I have never felt rushed when asking questions. There is sometimes a wait time so I recommend bringing a book or laptop and a snack . They have free wifi.
in Yulee, FL |
Great skills but waiting times are two hours plus!!!! No consideration for patients wait times as our shortest wait time was 2 hrs. 15 minutes and longest (to date) four hours of waiting. I am not a patient but took our adult daughter for her visits. I recommend pull out beds so folks can take a long nap while waiting!!!! I am 66 years old and never have experienced such long waiting times from any doctor. Total lack of patient consideration re: wait times. EVERYTIME!!! not just emergencies
in Jacksonville, FL |
I would not recommend this office due to the inordinate wait times to see the doctor for follow up visits. A wait is anywhere from 2-6 hours which is antiquated and shows poor office management. Allowance for emergencies is understandable, however, no one who will spend five minutes with the doctor should have to wait two hours plus. The times are over booked. The doctor is amazing in his ability and technique and staff is very friendly. The terrible wait time overshadows the positive.
in Saint Augustine |
A brilliant doctor, a caring and compassionate human being, and a true healer. Dr. S is always willing to discuss and explain, which I find settling. His skills are legendary among his colleagues. Yes, there are lengthy wait times. This is known in St. Aug, and the grapevine (among elders) offers a great perspective: "Oh, you're seeing Dr. Sullivan? Be sure to pack a lunch!" His staff are skilled, very well-trained, and responsive to patients. Grateful he practices in St. Augustine.
in Jacksonville, FL |
He is a very caring Doctor, he will not milk your insurance, he will not give you unnecessary surgery if you don't need it. I will never trust anyone else with my vision
Jacksonville, FL |
While I trust his medical diagnosis and treatment , I don't appreciate a 2-2.5 HOUR wait beyond appointment time, without exception. It almost seems like this practice is most concerned about $$$ and therefore well overbooks a patient load that it knows it can't realistically see in a timely manner.
