Had CMC (Carpal Metacarpal) arthritis in both thumbs. Had surgery on both a few months apart. He doesn’t generally order physical therapy so I had to ask. Despite PT & working at it never got full strength back in L hand. Base of thumbs on both hands stick up slightly now & L hand has never been pain free & is now worse than ever. Typical surgeon-operate & done. Not happy at all.

Wonderful Dr. Listens, shows concern and compassion. He got me immediately into surgery, and staff at front desk got me in to see him within an hr. Wouldnt change Dr or staffing for anyone. And he has a great sense of humor!

I will always be grateful to Dr. Stewart for taking such good care of my wrist after a traumatic fracture in a car accident. He was patient and kind as I faced many challenges and was always encouraging during the healing process as I did not know how much function I would get back. He is thorough, extremely bright and has fine hands, ideal for a surgeon treating such a delicate part of the body. I highly recommend him!

I guess I had higher hopes that Dr. Stewart would be able to shed some light on my ulnar nerve impingement given his age and hopefully his past experience. Unfortunately he indicated he saw no issues despite his 3 other colleagues findings!!? A waste of my time and money.

Automated phone system has you on hold for 15 minutes or more just to get a 10 minute appointment. Phone number for existing patients on the website is wrong. Have waited 45 minutes in exam room. It shouldn't be this difficult just to see a doctor!
