Dr. Rodriguez is the best!
I have had to visit with Dr. Rodriguez many times for knee issues. He is always pleasant and very informative. I love that he provides choices in how we proceed, of course, with his best suggestion offered. His staff is also amazing.

Knee injury
Dr. Rodriguez was cautious in trying my treatment before ordering an mri. I appreciate this since my cost after insurance is about 700.00 for the mri. However, if needed, I felt reassured that we can have this option later.

Dr Rodriguez was friendly, direct, confident, and most of all…knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns about my knee and the first thing out of his mouth was “I don’t believe this will require a surgical fix.” I was very pleased that he did not jump to surgery. He graciously let me know that with age came issues and he could help me with my issue. He continued with an injection and sent me on my way. It’s also worthy to note that the entire staff was knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Rodriguez is one of the most knowledgeable and kind doctors that I have ever met. His care is patient centric; his bedside manner is not only fantastic but it is genuine. I have several years’ experience working in healthcare and recently had a knee issue of my own. I felt really self-conscious about not knowing what the right thing to do was, but feeling like I had to “be a good patient” because I’ve dealt with patients. Dr. Rodriguez was a great listener and was able to communicate with me what direction I needed to take without using excessive medical jargon. If you need a sports medicine doctor, I would recommend him, he treats people the way I want my family and friends treated.

Unfortunately the office failed to provide a safe COVID-19 environment for its high risk patients. They checked our temperature, good; they asked us all the survey questions, nice. And then they packed over 10 people into their waiting room. Masks are not enough in this situation. We pointed out the problem to the office staff. We then chose to stand outside in the wind and rain, and after 30 minutes had passed, for a scheduled appointment, we told them we could not wait longer. We cannot trust a physician who does not understand the basics
