Dr. Roach did an excellent job of closing a very large holw in my face after Mohs surgery. You can hardly see where the hole was. I am very satisfied with the job he did.

Dr. Roach & his wife (Kirsty) are very professional and friendly. He performed my mastopexy in 2017 & put in implants in 2018. Very happy, no issues. He takes pride in his profession & he happily answered my long list of questions upon meeting him. I was able to easily get in touch with him throughout my recovery processes (which were both during the holidays). 10/10 thank you guys for making the process so comfortable!

Dr Roach and his staff are the best. I would highly recommend Dr Roach to anyone looking for a great surgeon. Hes very personable and never rushed me through any appointments. He took the time to answer all of my questions (which were a lot by the way). I know I am not an easy patient, but they never ever made me feel that way. They put me at ease from my first appointment, and I would do it all over again!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Dr. Roach did an excellent job closing an open surgical wound on my upper lip due to cancer cell removal. I would recommend him to anyone. The quality of work was much better than what I was expecting it to be! The first surgeon was unable to close the wound. Dr. Roach was able to fit me in later the same day for a consult of my condition and had me in surgery the next morning.

I had the mini facelift on May 8th. It was the best decision I ever made. Dr Roach did an amazing job. The results way surpassed my expectations. The healing process was easy. It was a great experience. I am extremely confident, and can't express how thrilled I am about the outcome. I would always recommend him to friends and family. His staff is warm, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommend Dr. Roach.

I was very pleased with Bayside Plastic Surgery. I had an Abdominoplasty and by following all Dr. Roach's instructions, the healing process wasn't as bad as I had predicted. I returned to work after taking only 3 weeks off. The final outcome of my procedure is life changing. I am very pleased with my final results. Dr. Roach and his staff made this entire procedure for me go by easily and were there for any questions I had any time. I highly recommend Bayside Plastic Surgery.

Both Dr. and his staff are courteous, caring, friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything positive about Dr. Roach's knowledge as a surgeon. He is double board certified, in hands, NOT BREAST. After 3 surgeries, of him attempting to fix symmastia and bottoming out (caused on/by the first surgery he performed on me), still couldn't fix the issues he had caused on my breast (which BTW was perfect prior to any procedure done, just went in to augment size). It is after 3 surgerie

I would not recommend Dr. Roach to anyone. He did 2 surgeries on my hand and left it basically deformed. He left my hand bent and gives me some crazy pain condition diagnosis called RSD and dumps me off to pain clinics and said physical therapy would fix my bent hand. I did everything instructed of me and left with it hardly able to bend my fingers and cannot make a closed fist. No grip strength. Can't lift things very long without pain. I can't flex my wrist. Awful very debilitating.

I had Mohs surgery on my eyelid and Dr Roach did the repair with a pull down of skin and a big dipper scar, supposedly to make the area less visible. Dr Roach admitted the outcome was "less than optimal". The bump created after is very visible and I need to go to another plastic surgeon for a scar revision. I am not happy with my experience.

I would not recommend because I'm still in pain from a brow lift from 2 years ago they're uneven and he removed something inside my forehead to help with the pulling of the muscles without permission and then lied and said he didn't do it and Nicole got his back and then she lies and consoled me and never follows through on anything she says

Dr. Roach is an excellent surgeon with a professional bedside manner. Dr. Roach performed my breast augmentation recently and the results are excellent. The entire experience was good. My questions were answered quickly by Dr. Roach and Kirsty. His explanation of his particular technique and why it leads to a better long-term result gave me total confidence in his ability to give me the result I was hoping for. And he delivered!

Dr. Roach has done 3 surgeries for me and all exceeded my expectations. His office staff is wonderful and Dr. Roach spent plenty of time with me at each visit to make sure all of my questions were answered and I was never rushed. I felt we were always on the same page as far as what to expect from each surgery, results, and recovery. My results are amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.
