Not good. I went to the office for treatment of a severe rash on my back, arms, and legs. The Dr. came into the exam room and quickly misdiagnosed the rash. The treatment was not only ineffective but made the rash worse. I went back about 10 days later and the Dr. then looked at the rash the way he should have on the 1st visit. The treatment at that point was correct, but I put up with a painful itchy rash for another 10 days because of the misdiagnosis. 7 of those days I was on vacation in Florida.

Not only was I mislead about how much their services cost, it was a waste of our money. Had to seek treatment elsewhere for improvement.

Called for an appointment for the first time ,,, Wanted to get in same day. They scheduled me for a week out. They said they would try to get me in earlier. They called back with an appointment that day. I was so relieved. The staff was amazing. I had a 15 minute wait. Dr Purcell explained everything to me. I was so hesitant to go see anybody, I was embarrassed, but he put my mind to ease. I just wish I went in earlier.
