This is a medical practice totally out of control administratively. I had to listen for 19 minutes on the phone before I could speak to a human, hearing every 30 minutes how my call was important while it obviously was not. The woman answering the phone was condescending. In the conference with Dr. Price he suggested I call him with problems and when I told him about my phone experience he told me he had to wait for 20 minutes the day before when he called the office. He gave me explicit assurance that he reads his email but then he ignored my 3 emails for 15 days. I just got the doctor's bill, addressed to Sister [my name]. I'm not a nun, I'm male and Jewish.

I've had spondylolisthesis my entire life. I was made fun of for my "Daffy Duck walk" as a child and as I got older, spondy has been the source of pain, injuries and inconsistencies in my life as a competitive ballroom dancer and triathlete. It took seven years of trying all the options to finally get the anterior/posterior fusion surgery that would fix the problem. And fix it, it has. I'm only two weeks out from my surgery but I already tell that things are where they're supposed to be and that eventually, when Dr. Price gives the ok, I will be training for competitions consistently. I can walk a short distance now and I revel in the fact that I "walk like a normal person." Dr. Price is a wonderful surgeon. When he should be the before and after surgery x-rays of my spine, the difference was startling. I have a beautiful spine now (plus some hardware). I highly recommend Dr. Price.

My experience was very good. Dr. Price explained my condition and my options for treatment. I was very satisfied with the surgery for my lower back. I regained my strength and could continue physical activities without limitations. I would recommend Dr. Price services to other patients.

For low back pain L5-S1 His office staff is unsatisfactory. Can't get referrals correct and took them forever..and got my husband's name wrong. Saw him in Dr Swenson office in Monroe and compared to Evergreen Ortho staff (who is on top of it) Dr Price and staff less than desirable. Dr Price seemed confused on why he was seeing my husband in the first place. He advised on getting an injection in the low back from my husband's physiatrist, they put in a referral then closed it a week later??

I was referred to Dr. price for pain management. Apparently I found out on the visit the doctor price doesn’t do pain management. Dr. price also disagreed with the findings of four or five other doctors as far as my spine condition was concerned and his office could not find a referral they couldn’t find the paperwork I sent them and then they called me because they didn’t couldn’t find my insurance information they basically screwed up my entire day and week because the referral specifically !!

Dr. Price is extremely competent surgeon. He has performed two back surgeries on me and both have resulted in massive improvement in my quality of life. He is through in everything before a surgery and covers the entire health of the patient helping to ensure the best possible outcome. He answers all questions very thoroughly and professionally. He would be my choice for any surgery I ever need.

Dr. Price is an outstanding surgeon that I cannot recommend enough. I am now 10 months post-op and I feel that he gave me my quality of life back along with joy in living again. I was referred other doctors that did not seem have the level of "care" and empathy before I met Dr. Price. He was very honest and straightforward about what to expect and we discussed together what I hoped to achieve through surgery. I hoped for 50% pain relief in my back and legs. I am happy to say - 100% pain free!

Dr. Price is an outstanding surgeon -- knowledgeable, experienced, professional, measured and -- I think -- genuinely concerned for his patients' well-being. He is highly thought of by his colleagues in allied medical practices. I unreservedly recommend him. I think, however, that he is poorly served by the support staff (in his Monroe office, at least) who are disorganized, careless, thoughtless, inept and unprofessional. The staff at the Kirkland office seem to be more on the ball.

He took an incredible amount of time answering all questions and concerns I had. He is a minimalist where invasive surgery is concerned and only recommends what is needed. I was 100% satisfied with pre- and post- op visits and care, and the outcome of surgery I chose.
