Well, My child had surgery at Vanderbilt children's hospital. The pediatrician referred us to him. Dr. Pope delegated my son's hypospadias surgery to a fellow who nicked (cut) the right side of my son's penis. Dr. Pope instead of telling me the truth he covered it.
