West Chester, PA |
I have been coming to see Dr John Pollard For over 20yrs. I can honestly say I usually wait between 21/2 to 3hrs EVERY time for my visit to see him, he is alway's late! Never apologize's. I come down over an hr. to see him once a yr. and he never recognize's me or my husband. The only reason I have stayed is because of my severity of my condition. My last visit, I sat for over 2hrs. and we ended up walking out before I saw him. I am sad over this but I will be changing Dr's.
