Very nice man who really cared about my health. Always answered any questions I had and explained them to were i could understand what I asked or gave me the information to look for if needed. I would recommend him to anyone with a broke bone. But his nurse in his office can be very short or just...more

Dr. Phillips was great pre and post. My only problem was coming out of the cast after ankle tendon surgery. The nurse expected me to just leave without cleaning up my leg. She did give me a cloth, soap and water so I could clean my own leg.
