Dr. Phan was so eager to usher me out the door that I didn't even get a chance to tell him the problems I was having, and he seemed impatient/unwilling to listen when I tried to explain my current health issues. He just said he'd review my medical records and see me again in a month. A month. What's the point of an appointment if he's just going to take a month to review records and not bother addressing the health concerns you came in for? Truly disappointing and a complete waste of time.
