Overall a shockingly unsatisfactory experience. I might as well have been a corpse for how poorly he interacted with me. After one visit, walked out and was committed to never going back to him. Poor listener, perfunctory, sour.

Dr. Pettit patiently explained my options for dealing with BPH. He offered one of several procedures and with his concurrence I elected to have the TURP. Other than the indignity of the procedure it went just fine. I had absolutely no pain. The catheter was just a nuisance but gone after three days. (I did have a sore throat for a couple days.) Bellingham Urology is a fine operation. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and works smoothly. I was impressed with the waiting area magazine library.

Your new office employee Cheryl is extremely RUDE!! If I did not like Dr. Orrin so much I would leave this practice. The girl that worked the front desk before was amazing, bring her back and fire Cheryl..

This is was first visit with Dr. Pettit. His staff was friendly and welcoming, the waiting room was clean, comfortable and not over-crowded. Dr. Pettit was friendly and professional, took an appropriate amount of time to discuss my medical history and the surgery I was inquiring about.

want to express my sincere gratitude for Dr. John Pettit and his professionalism, expertise and high level of patient care. We found Dr. Peptit on the Internet, following the death of our daughter. Both of us were wishful that the reversal would make it possible to have a child again after a vasectomy. After researching the many doctors in the area to find the right doctor, we decided on Dr. Pettit and scheduled the surgery. Dr. Pettit expertise and care made the surgery a success!

I had my 3 week old son circumcised at Bellingham Urology Group. Dr. Pettit was amazing. He was knowledgeable and very professional. The procedure took less than 20 minutes and my son almost slept through the whole thing! Dr. Pettit and his assistant explained everything and told us exactly what to do for a speedy recovery. I highly recommend Bellingham Urology Group and Dr. Pettit!

Fast, friendly, professional and discreet...these were my first and lasting impressions at this well run office. The facility itself is very modern, comfortable and clean. I especially liked the "Magazine Wall", it was like the public library, so many magazines carefully alphabetized! The receptionist, nurse and Dr. Pettit were all very friendly, helpful and engaging. And yes, those awkard moments you find in an Urology office were handled professionally and discreetly! Highly recommended!

Dr. Pettit is a very attentive and widely knowledgeable doctor. I appreciated his abilitly to think outside the box; while being very real about my prolapse condition. I would recommend him to anyone I care about for any urology problems. The other thing I really liked about him is that I felt heard and not dismissed as I have with some other doctors; and he took the time to hear and respond to all my concerns. Also, his team of nurses, and front desk people, schedulers, were very helpful.
