Dont go here if you're over weight he will only blame that whatever is wrong is obviously due to your weight and no other factors. I switched doctors immediately. He didnt even exam me to see what possibly could be the cause of my issues. Or ask any kind of past history that could cause the weight issue I have and also he wanted me to get gastric bypass. Pretty severe jump if you didnt even examine me maybe diet and exercise first?? I wouldnt recommend him but then again to each their own.

I found abusive bedside manner, ineffective prescription, and no accountability. He did not even bother to show up for my appointment. To be fair, his physician's assistant was very helpful, but the rest of his staff was loud and inhospitable. I don't buy shoes from people with such little integrity.

This is concerning the East Norriton location. The office staff is rude and disrepectful. Most of the time if I call, the answering machine picks up and not a person and they do not call back promptly as they should. I have spoken on the phone and staff have hung on me without a thank you or a good bye- very inappropriate And its not much better in person. A doctor can lose business due to his staff. They are the first individuals you see and this staff will lose this doctor business due to it

If it wasn't for Dr.O'Connor i more than likely would have died, i was having a massive gastro bleed and they were having a terrible time finding the cause but Dr. O'Connor was persistent and went down every avenue until they were able to find the cause.
