I have been a patient of Dr. Murray for over a decade. He is a very competent doctor that takes time with his patients to discuss and explain heath issues. However, his office staff is deplorable. She is rude and combative whenever I call the office to schedule an appointment or ask a question. I have resorted to leaving messages for the doctor to return my call because I dislike speaking to her so much. About 50% of the time, she does not pass on my messages and I have to call and leave multiple messages to get the doctor to return my call. I have complained to the doctor, but it still continues. Since this is affective my access to good healthcare, I have decided to go to another internist.

Dr Murray has always been calm and attentive during my visits. He does seem to spend the time and listen to your problems, no matter how silly they may seem. My only issue is the front desk - they have been exceptionally rude every time I call them. I constantly feel I am being berated for asking questions...which is not so great. It's happened on more than one occasion as well. Overall, Dr Murray is a great doctor, just beware the cranky front desk staff.

Dr. Murray is one of a very few doctors that treat you with respect. He actually has a meeting with you before you hire him to review what your needs are. His staff not so much.. the doctor ask me to call hos office if I didn't hear from the scheduler for a procedure. His office staff was very put out by me calling. She didn't want to be bothered.

My first visit with Dr. Murray was very professional, with courtesy, care & a nice bedside manner. Dr. Murray takes your medical history in detail himself instead of you having to fill out numerous forms. He also returns phone calls personally instead of having to go through staff. He was very thorough & consciousness. I have confidence in him & am happy being in his care. He's a physician who takes time with you. I did not leave feeling like a number, but a person whose needs are met.

Unprofessional, uneducated, over-prescribed dangerous combination of medicines and sudden patient abandonment, which resulted in seizures and a hospital stay.
