did not do a procedure he said he was going to during eye surgery and then denied that he said he was going to do it. finally found it in his records after I insisted he had told me. then no apology, etc. poor information when surgery was planned regarding activity following cataract surgery. ...more

He gave me the wrong information for the glasses that I needed; also you have to wait a long time over three hours in his office to see him. His staff or he doesn't care about your confort. To his practice I am nothing but an old person. Stay away from him and the other doctors he works with.

The cataract surgeries Dr. Moy performed have given me 20/20 vision. However, after the second surgery, I developed pillows on my eye lids and black and blue marks on both sides of my upper nose, which have last over six months. It doesn't look like the bruising is going to go away. :-( I don't...more

Dr. Moy was unconcerned with my opinion of my eye problem. He was unwilling to listen to what I had to say and quickly dismissed my concerns. He did not offer any support or encouragement, nor did he apologize for the three hour wait. When I questioned him about something I did not think was...more
