Is there a way to leave negative five stars? I am going to the board about "Dr." Mouzakis. I visited their practice for skin and scalp eczema. During the visit, he didn't listen do a thing I said and talked over me in a very towering and lofty manner. He literally said the words "google it" during my visit. Everything I said I was having issues with he countered with a "no you don't." He suggested I have my iron checked for the hair loss/itchy scalp since he didn't notice eczema on the scalp. I went across the hall to Lab Corp and they drew the blood. I waited a few weeks, no call so I left a message with the skin clinic. No call back. I called again a week later and left a message again. I finally got a call back at 4:15 from the nurse who said my ferratin level was very low and that was likely causing hair loss. She could not answer what a normal level should be but mine was definitely low (6). I also asked whether this type iron would make me sick because I have had trouble with it

I have been seen by this doctor three times and have been dissatisfied with several area's of his ability to communicate effectively and execute on the treatment I require. He doesn't listen to the patient and/or is not willing to work with them. I still haven't seen any positive results from his treatment choices. I asked today to not be charged for what I felt was unfair. There was no option for conversation with him. He said I'd be billed, if I didn't pay, they'd just send it to Collections.

Not friendly. Waited 4 months for appointment and he refused to take care of skin condition that I have had taken care of by other dermatologists in other cities I've lived in over the years. Very disappointed with the whole experience and the outcome.
