I had an emergency and I was able to be seen. Dr. Michaelos was straight forward with me and gave me information and diagnoses that I had suspected but hadn't been diagnosed by another nearby clinic. I am very happy with my surgeon and Jovi the technician was quick and thorough. I am a permanent...Read More

This doctor claimed I had a serious eye condition (something different from what I went in for) and tried to rush me in for laser surgeries the following week, without fully explaining the situation or what to expect. I had to wait a long time, but only because I had a medical emergency and they squeezed me in, which I appreciated. I found Dr. Michael's to be rude and lacking in common courtesy and manners. He did a good job taking care of my eye, but his bedside manner stinks to high heaven.

When Dr. John entered the exam room he cut me off and spoke over me while I was trying to explain what was going on. Then he proceeded to treat me like a child telling me...Read More
