This was my first time seeing Dr. McDonald. I had heard great things, and it was easy to see why! Dr. McDonald exhibited a high degree of knowledge, care and really asked the right questions and considered what my experience had been with the injury to get the full picture. He even popped back into the office to try one more thing after the appointment was over because another possibility had crossed his mind. Very professional, great doctor with bedside manner. Highly recommended.

Dr John McDonald and his PA Cate are awesome. I can’t say enough good things about Texas Orthopedics, their personal from the check in folks to the nurses, doctors and everyone involved. This was my second surgery with them and I will never go anywhere else for future procedures I may need. They make the whole process as easy as possible from pre op to post op and everything in between.

First impression was solid. Dr McDonald was friendly in manner and professional. I felt his genuine concern in the way he explained MRI, surgery options and techniques that would benefit me as a whole during the Covid crisis. Would highly recommend also as Want n prompting you to ask questions or concerns of patient care.

Dr. McDonald was excellent. My situation was a broken tibula at the ankle, a simple fix with a boot. But it was handled very professionally and very amicably. I'm glad I didn't have a more serious problem by which to judge him, but I am very pleased!
