Been wanting to have Blepharoplasty for years. Dr. McCann and Dr. Rubinstein did great work. Very pleased with the outcome. The office staff are great and pleasant to work with. I don't look so tired anymore. Highly recommend.

Dr. McCann explained his procedures for eyelid lifts and the elimination of bags under my eyes. The bag removal went well, but the stitch lines under both eyes are still very noticeable. This procedure was done in Oct.,2019. The eyelid surgery was not as successful. Both eyes were done in Oct. 10, 2019. The right eye is unseemingly large. The left eye had to be done twice (Oct. , 2019 & June 2010) because of the eyes' size differences were immense. Even with the 2nd surgery the 2 eye size differences are still very noticeable. The right eye's largeness is spooky!

DO NOT use John McCann. I can't call him a doctor because he should have his license revoked. He conducted an unnecessary brow lift over my eyebrows WITHOUT PERMISSION. (I only asked for an upper lid bleuroplasty as I had droopy eyelids.) I now have large and deep scars over my eyebrows, creating a garish and unnatural pull up on my eyebrows. Several other actual good doctors admitted there was nothing they could do to fix John's "frankenstein" surgery, and could not understand why he did it. I am baffled he still has a license - he has caused serious emotional and physical damage to me, and I have no recourse. John refused to take accountability for his negligence and was verbally abusive when he was confronted. I repeat - DO NOT use John McCann - he shouldn't be allowed to practice.

Adan from Salt lake city. He is such an excellent surgeon. Very caring and super helpful. Makes you feel like you are the only one he is attending. Pays much attention to your problem and provides you with many solutions to pick from. Does not rush things nor hides from you. Lets you take your own time in things and works so great with your scheduling. Made my surgery so easy had no pain or problems. Did such an extraordinary job on me. I couldn't thank him more.

I had a blepharoplasty eye surgery done 4 months ago, to remove the excess skin from upper eye lids, and pull the eye brows up. I am extremely happy with the surgery, and the entire process. Working with the office staff was a pleasure. They were timely and efficient, taking care of all the insurance and hospital needs. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. McCann was very interested in my needs, and took the time to make sure I understood the risks, the benefits, and the likely results

I am so thrilled with the results of my surgery with Dr. McCann! He patiently explained what he thought would give me the best result, without looking “done”. There was absolutely no pressure at all during our consultation! I felt very comfortable with Dr. McCann. At my pre-op appointment he explained, in detail, the surgery and what to expect afterward. His staff is also very friendly and attentive. He is a skilled surgeon and a gifted artist! An extremely positive experience!

Dr McCann is an excellent surgeon who repaired my face following a MOHs procedure for skin cancer. His office was efficient in providing an appointment for me within a few hours after the MOHs procedure. Three months later, I have very little scarring that is evident. The preop & postop instructions were clear, & expectations for healing were explained thoroughly.

Dr. McCann was always personable, answered all of my questions, made it clear exactly what he was going to do, how long things would take to resolve and what to expect at each stage. I appreciated the detailed instructions and especially the email that explained what happens during the recovery process.
