I have been a patient for over 10 years. In this recent past it’s become clear that Dr. Marino is primarily interested in as many office visits as possible. I NEVER get refills and must go to the office every single time I need meds filled. I’m paying minimally 6 copayments per year but as many as 9! The amount of times that he’s written my scripts wrong is too many to count. He refuses to participate with escripts and I’m doing a portion of the administrative work by being the middle man.

That office is a NO GO they give out medications for an illness and lie to you about what they are for. I'm not depressed but prescribed antidepressants for my anxiety. I've never been depressed and I became so. My family said I never made sense. I adjusted me meds alone and now feel great

As I was seeking new psychiatric care, I asked my primary provider to refer me to a new Psychiatrist. After spending 1 hour with Dr Marino’s social worker, I met with Dr Marino a few weeks later only to be told after a few minutes of case background that he would not accept me as a patient. He actually asked me to please get up & go, gestured to the door, & instructed his secretary there would be no follow up needed. I have never been treated as poorly or unkindly by anyone in the medical prof.

I've been a patient of his for 6 years. He has at least one cell phone that is always going off during my appointments. He has even answered a call from a pharmacy in the middle of my $125 15 minute appointment when i was going through a very difficult time. He or made things work. takes horrible notes but he swears by them which can be dangerous when it comes to re-prescribing medication that has already failed for you or made things work. He can also be subtlety condescending.
