Great Dr. ......But due to the office and appointment desk you cant get in to see him when you are HURTING ....Due to a injury 4 years ago on my right knee it was a old job injury . They refused to set me an appointment until I get a letter from the old employer .... I don't even work for the same company any more.. I was put on hold 5 TIMES ...this is not acceptable..... I was referred to this group by my doctor. I went to my regular doctor because I could not afford Campbell's Clinic ($250.00). After 2 months of healing he sent me to this clinic to make sure I was healed. They were supposed to be able to pull my x-rays and couldn't so they did an new one. I was charged for this even thought it was not my fault. He literally walked in, asked me what happened, sent me to x-ray, came back and said you foot is doing great - my bill was 600.00!

Dr. Lochemes is one of the best of the best orthopedic doctors that I have the pleasure of having as my doctor. My wife, after hurting her knee went elsewhere after I suggested she go to Dr. Lochemes and had the worst experience because the staff was very rude as well as the doctor. It was as if you didn't matter and they just wanted to get you processed and shoved out the door. I Is that want to thank the Memphis Orthopedic Group for all the great doctors, nurses, and staff that you provide
