Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing exceptional medical, dental and behavioral healthcare in a collaborative setting for people of all ages. We proudly serve over 80,000 patients, through 25 outpatient centers, in Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central Plains regions.

Dr. Kucera works at DDHC as a primary care physician. He has a successful private practice that has long-served kids and adults with Autism.
Dr. Kucera is also the Chair of the El Paso County Medical Society Committee on Persons with Developmental Disabilities. He has been an integral part of the planning of DDHC for over a year, and is thrilled to be joining the project in an official capacity.
