I cannot assess his skill as a physician. It is my opinion however that he may be unfit for dealing with patients or their family - poor bedside manner. He was abrupt, a poor listener, and no compassion - an inconsistent experience compared with other members of his practice group, WOSM. I therefore can not recommend this physician. One should do their own research or consider one of the other talented members of his group.

While Dr. K did a fine job with a rotator cuff surgery a number of years back, he more recently completely missed a diagnosis, leading to a major surgery later by another doctor. Most disappointingly, he failed to respond in any way to our written description of just how he let us down. So, just how do you recommend a doctor in such a case?

I had a loose piece of cartridge floating in my knee, about 5mm in size. Dr. Klimkiewicz scheduled me for a very simple scope to remove It. I remember he described the procedure as a "1" on a scale of a 1 - 10. I believe residents performed the surgery and he supervised. I still have swelling and a loss of feeling in parts of my knee. I was told this was normal, but it is now clear (3 yrs after) the incisions were slightly off (based off 2nd opinion) resulting in nerve damage and scar tissue.
